It's not, trust me. Sitting around waiting for your fingers to thaw out is just as boring as it sounds.

I've probably got an extra pair of gloves somewhere if you're still on the market for them.

Uh, great! Thanks, man. I don't want to spend my first week or so here...waiting...for that. I kind of like having the use of my fingers. They're good for typing. And video games. And most things, really.

Well, assuming you do it right, you're usually pretty okay after an hour or two of putting them in warm water, but it's still a major pain.
