When I lived in Leicester, we had a problem with cats. We had a cockatiel and they used to come into our garden, sit by the window and lick their lips (okay, I made that bit up, but still). We couldn’t keep the little buggers out, and I hated cats

Petition your council for wheelie bins. :) Everybody must be having the same problem if the bins are left out just in bags?
