I absolutely enjoyed these. They are very inspirational. I'm particularly fond of number two. It's very romantic. Did you make any more? I would love to read them if you did.
I am very happy to hear that. Thank you! I would love to do more. Right now, I only have just one that didn't make it on here, but if I write more, I'll be sure to post them! :D
Whoa! Never thought I'd get another comment on this thing! You're absolutely right - better late than never. :) Thanks so much for finding it and reading!
Glad you didn't mind, because I tend to read stuff that was written years ago and I'm sometimes afraid I might annoy writers who've moved on to other fandoms!
I am so very sorry for the very late comment and review. Thank you so much for participating and producing such gorgeous work! What an imaginative way to use the one-word prompts.
I love your mini-stories. There is so much imagery and emotion and detail in just one or two sentences. I started to list my favourites but found it was impossible to decide because each one is unique. I think what really makes this work is that there is a lot of variety of emotions here: angst, joy, grief, insecurity, love. Sometimes James is the one who has to open up and sometimes it's Jack. That's why the last one was so powerful - we usually expect Jack to be asking James to prove his love and this time it was the other way around.
Thank you again! Please do post if you write more in the future.
Wow. That's great you found this! And thanks for commenting!
It was definitely hard to have only the one or two sentences; I have a bad habit of turning something short into something very long. :) I haven't thought about this pairing (or any POTC pairing for that matter) for awhile, but I would love to come back and finish these. Maybe one or two more will trickle out sometime. :D
