8th Shave: Accidental Video

[A burst of static as the communicator hits the ground, switching on and turned upward at an odd angle. The video feed flickers in and out before, the quality poor. However, a man's shape can be made out, his legs, torso, and (very recognizable) guns visible though his face is out of focus. He isn't moving, frozen in time where his attacker left
