Just a warning for anyone still trying to stay spoiler-free for Star Trek: Into Darkness. Apparently there are spoilers all over the damn place on Archive of Our Own. I'm really hoping to stay spoiler-free on ONE of the movies this year! And since I've already been spoiled for Iron Man 3, I'd prefer to avoid Trek spoilers until I get to see it in theatres. :)

You're officially an old lady now, E, 'cause you remember the olden days when we followed certain standards of Netiquette (who uses that word anymore? Old ladies!) and enforced them with an iron hand and taught them to newbies who apologized so profusely after their first infraction that we could see their faces turn red right over the interwebs.

Oh, man. I remember we warned in the headers of our board posts! That was so important! I would even ask you to delete a post if I'd accidentally posted without putting in a warning!

Now, it seems like people assume that everyone WANTS to know everything as soon as it's out there on the internet, never mind whether the movie is even out yet.
