I'm supposed to be writing Sam's POV of "Rising" for ladiesbigbang, but I've stalled and haven't added new words in a month. I may have to re-think the story :(

Yes, Weir is in charge and Jeannie McKay is head of science. Sam is CO and John is XO. I'm glad you like the female focus! It's pretty much the point of this AU. Also, I wanted to explore Pegasus cultures, make it less colonial.
