This was fantastic. Loved every part of it, from the descriptions of the house to the vintage uniforms to all those tiny little buttons Harry had to deal with in order to "unwrap" Hermione. The drawings were the perfect touch - which came first? The story or the drawings? Both of you are so creative!

I'm wondering what else Hermione may find in her attic? Perhaps something equally vintage for Harry so that Hermione might return the favor? The mind boggles...

What a wonderful way to start the week and to start a new name!

Aw, thanks so much! I was a LITTLE worried about it because I rarely describe how things look, and even less often describe what people are wearing (I normally leave such details vague, and just let the reader supply them), so I was a little concerned as to whether I did an all right job of it. So you've definitely made me feel better! :)

Oh, and the drawing came first. He posted it a few days ago -- just in time to inspire me for this monday's fic. :)

That was awesome ... starting out gentle and sweet and the going on to become rough and wild and it totally fits in with mudgutt's drawing.

BTW I really like your portrayal of Hermione ... its exactly how I imagined her.

"Fluffy PWP" is entirely accurate...a lovely build-up and a steamy release.

That Hermione wanted to "mark" Harry's clothing (and was not shy about crudely telling him so) was pretty mind-blowing...makes me wonder whether the uniform/setting/mood made her that naughty (and a bit OOC from canon) or whether she'd been able to let her hair (and inhibitions) down over the course of her year with Harry.

Plenty of ways to extend this, I think...what other farmhouse secrets might inspire them? Just how "marked" was Harry's clothing, and did he dare leave things that way (rather than scourgify)? What would the house guests say if some were coming over for dinner that night? Or if he were wearing an Auror uniform, and he was suddenly called back to the office for an emergency (and running into Tonks for grins and giggles)?

lol, OOC? Oh well. *shrugs* I normally write my H/Hr smut as post-Hogwarts, and I kind of assume they've had some experience doing the nasty, so to be honest, that's how my Hermione is normally written. So, you'll probably think most of my fics are ooc, lol. Oh well, we all like different things. ;)

And lol, I'm not normally a sequel girl, but you've certainly supplied me with a lot of good ideas! Thanks for reading and the comment! :)

OOC Hermione was not a complaint...I love Naughty!Hermione. It's the only way that I can write her, too.

oh no, I hope I didn't sound defensive! :/ Your comment was very nice. I just meant that I don't really think that a sexually assertive, ADULT Hermione is inherently all that OOC. Especially since, like I said, i always sort of see both an adult Harry and Hermione having some experiences before coming together. And that's why I said that you might think that all my adult Hermiones were OOC, because that sort of underlies all my post-Hogwarts fics. Of course, the few times that I've written a teenaged Hermione, she reacts differently.

lol, of course, with all that said, a person might STILL think my characterization is OOC. But, I'm all in favor of a little diversity. How boring would it be if we all wrote the same things?

Oh my God, SOOOOO much love for this fic (and your new name)!!! (And the drawing but I'll gush about that to Vic.)

I just LOVE it when Harry gets all intense and need-you-NOW with Hermione, love the description of the house (can I have a house like that-- with a Harry to come home to?) and the description of the uniform. (School uniforms aren't cool like that anymore.)
And the ending is so sweet.
