i'm afraid of beta.scribblit's information being lost and having to restart over again. hopefully it won't have to be because i don't want to risk missing an invite email back on to remake my journals.

thank you for answering the questions and keeping us all informed, and as soon as paid accounts are available i'll be buying one or two to start to help fund the site as i know firsthand it's not cheap.

Hmm. My problem (other than the fact that beta still loads painfully slowly) is that I can't DO anything there. I've posted two entries, the second didn't come up right (all html tags are still visible, the cut didn't work), and I can't edit!

Backup of my regular scribblit account is okay, I'll just need to repost everything from my files ...

Anyway, thanks for the heads-up!

Yes we are aware of the problems on beta, that is why we are doing this, in an effort to find the problem so we can fix it.

Oh, okay -- I thought this was still mainly directed at the slow loading. My bad. :)

The slow loading is basically the cause of all the problems. The pages don't load completely which is the problem.

I skimmed and didn't see anything related to it, maybe I missed it, but I never recieved my validation email for my msn/hotmail address. I know that insanejournal has had trouble with it too, but I wanted to bring that to attention in case you weren't aware. I think hotmail's blocking things from the site.

We've had a number of problems with hotmail. If you are able to update your email address, try using a gmail address and have it sent again. If you're not able to then unfortunately there's not a whole lot we can do at the moment. We are working on getting all of this sorted out though.
