Castle is totally my good-time watch of the week, but there's one thing about it that drives me completely nuts.

Is it bad to admit that I am more interested in Castle finding out how his books helped Ka(e get through her mom's death than the romance aspect?

I'm totally with you on that. It's a lot more interesting to me than the very ham-handed way they're going about the romance.

I don't always think this is the best written show but Castle is my go-to happy place! The characters mesh so well that I can forgive bad writing just for the pleasure of watching them interact. I love Castle's relationship with his daughter and his mother so much!

I hate the frickin' two-by-fours, I really do. And the thing is...I don't really want them to get together. I enjoy their bickering with a sizzling side of UST. If the show's going to continue, either A) they can never be together or B) they will have to get together, break up, get together, Ross-and-Rachel infinity. I PICK OPTION A, OKAY. So does every sane show watcher ever. The actors HAVE CHEMISTRY, we don't need to talk about all this garbage.
