Right there with ya about Ellen. I will definitely miss her. Jo, I liked, but she got on my nerves for some reason. Not sure exactly why, her best scenes ever were last night though. I was definitely sniffling and grumbling about extra onions--and glad I wasn't watching it with a bunch of people! *g* But man, they gave those girls a good send-off, ya know? I mean, their scenes were great! I'm sorry their deaths didn't do more than just let the boys get away though. *And* I'm sorry this means that we won't have more Ellen on the show in the future.
I was talking about this in another few places, but who do you think are the other 4 people/things that can't be killed by the colt? (I was figuring God, Mike, and the anti-christ kid, but who would the 4th be?) I also think I've been missing some stuff b/c of the way Luci was talking to Cas.
I loved Ellen, and contrary to most of the fandom, Jo as well. (I love that scene at the bar in the Roadhouse, Dean drinking beer, Jo putting on music, and Ellen shooting from her eyes!)
They are all going down a dark, dark road, so a chance for a happy ending for anyone close to none. I was sad to see them go, both because I'll miss them and because Sam and Dean are even more alone, losing family one after another.
i caught up on mentalist and SPN both last night. It was apparently a night of watching likeable characters die. I'm really glad I had Castle and White Collar lined up to watch after.
