-Prepare Base.
-In Hue/Saturation/Lightness, set to Hue: 0, Saturation: 25, and Lightness: 5.
-Duplicate to Screen.
-New layer-#a9e7e3 Burn 100%
-New layer-#fbecc9 Soft Light 100%
-Duplicate original base and drag to top and set to Soft Light 100%
-Merge all. (Layers > Merge > Merge All)
-Duplicate to Burn 20-40% (whichever looks best)
-New layer-#00123A Exclusion 85%
-New color balance layer (Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance)
  Shadows
Color Levels: 30, 5, -5
  Midtones
Color Levels: -30, 25, 10
  Highlights
Color Levels: 10, 0, 0
-New layer-#00123A Exclusion 50%
-Add text/brushes like I did and you’re done!
