Thank you, dear author, for writing for me, whichever fandom we matched up on. Feel free to ignore anything in this letter except the Please Don't Writes. I am super easy to please and enjoy most varieties of fic.
General squicks, triggers, and loves by category.
General:
I love deep platonic love, family fic, complicated relationships, backstory and history and established relationships. There's something about something with history and weight and depth that just does it for me. That said, I like developing trust and slow build fics, making friends, falling in love when it's not too-romance-movie-cliche. I love everything from gen to asexual romance to rated M or E romance, as long as everyone's in character. I like deep characterization and backstory, worldbuilding, chosen family, digging into a character's mental/emotional space, character studies, identity exploration, character competence, fluff, angst, and situational humor.
Please don't write embarrassment, graphic violence or gore, body-related humor, betrayal/infidelity, tragedy/deathfic, horror, character or ideology bashing, PWP (with plot, more than fine), first person fic, on-screen uncensored profanity. I also have no problem with assassination but do have a problem with murder. I know. Fine line.

Characters/Relationships: I love the entire team and will happily ship Carter with Ethan, Brandt, or Hannaway but not Benji and generally ship Ethan with Julia in secret relationship. I'd rather gen than any of the popular slash pairings if you don't mind.
I would love to see more of the "firm of Carter, Brandt, and Dunn" as Ethan introduced them to Luther. They got time off by themselves without him and seemed to bond a bit during that time. I'd love to see their conversation before they walked up all together at the end of the movie. I'd love Ethan and Julia having secret rendezvous while keeping her off the radar. I'd love to see Brandt's early days at the IMF and what pushed him past his fear of heights and crazy maneuvers to become an IMF field agent in the first place. I'd love to see Carter leading her team with Hannaway and Benji when it didn't go wrong. Or you know, just about anything?
Divergent Series - Veronica Roth
Characters/Relationships: I love the trilogy and the Four stories (though not as much the parts from his perspective about Tris), and my favorite characters are Natalie, Tris, Christina, and Tobias. My favorite pairings are canonical but I'm also interested in previous Andrew/Jeanine (no cheating) or Marcus/Johanna (again, no cheating).
I would love to see a canon-divergent AU where Tris lives but is disabled and how that would affect her life and disabled leader and relationship with Tobias and disabled sex and yeah... You get the idea. Or more Caleb and Tris growing up or being siblings and more into Caleb's head making these heartwrenching decisions. I feel like he never stopped loving his sister and family. Or previous Andrew/Natalie or friends Andrew and Jeanine and what went wrong. Or Tris and Christina during training and being girls together. Preferably not deathfic.
Andromeda
Characters/Relationships: I adore the entire ensemble of the original crew with platonic, brother-sister type Harper and Beka and platonic or romantic Trance/Harper as favorites. I don't ship Tyr with any of them, though I love how he views his friends and treats Dylan and Beka as very, very important to him. I totally shipped Gaheris/Beka in the alternate 'verse. I haven't quite finished season three and while I don't mind spoilers (and have already been spoiled thoroughly), I would definitely prefer the original crew together and no Tyr betrayal at this time. Please?
I adore Harper being Harper and would love to see him and Trance being friends or him in the Pangalactic surfing competition or him being all annoying, occasionally wise little brother to Beka or more with Trance and her history and her view of all of them and how much she loves them. She can't stand to lose any of them, but to me, the loss of Harper was the one that was absolutely worst. I love to see her being close to them. I love Rev's transformation and would love more about that (without plumbing the squicky depths of evil Magogness in general please; no gore) or Tyr and how he cares for them or Rommie's love for the crew... Okay, just lots of love and familyness whether that's a serious, dramatic, angsty story or actiony or downright fluff.
Awake
Characters/Relationships: I ship the canonical stuff and my favorite characters are Hannah, Emma, and (I know, I know) Tricia, then Bird Freeman.
I'd love to see Michael and Bird being partners post-canon in the green timeline or Effrem clearing Michael's name in the red timeline or Hannah and Emma bonding and domesticity, preferably with Michael out of jail but not required. I would also really, really love the story of Tricia, the brownie thief when she and Michael first met.
Please no character bashing.
