We all of us have favorite things. Mine are primarily words, tea, fiction, and music. Cooking, organization, and analysis tend more to be guilty pleasures. What can I say?

...so, I'm making this salsa bread my next day off work. I have some mango salsa I've been trying to find some interesting uses for (it's delicious on pork chops!), and this feels like a sign.
And I totally need to stock up on tea before I move.
I was actually making food on a budget and threw that bread together for quicks. I was shocked at how much I loved it and am now scheming to acquire more salsa for a rerun.
That's the same way I discovered my so-called 'Spanish' rice, actually. (Prep some rice, stir in some grated cheese -- mozzarella is good, but I find cheddar works best -- and then some salsa. Voila.)
How long in general does it take to bake? I understand the instructions, but do you find there's a rough amount of time it needs?
I wasn't paying half enough attention, but let's think here. I stuck in two pans. One was done in about 30 - 40 min. I think. The other was a half inch thicker and took another 20 min.
