The week is off to a good start, despite feeling a little sleepy and inarticulate today. We had a very nice balance of work and recreation this weekend. Vancouver continues to be having gorgeous weather so we went for a couple good long walks. The weather is very ironic - the "Winter" Olympics are still going on this week. Eyes ! EEEEEEEEYES !! xD
Sorry, I got a thing for the eyes you do, and this one is even more particular than the usual. :D
Also, the padding is cool, and I love the pic where he cocked his head ^^

PS : sent a mail to mike about a question I have for customs (one of my friend got screwed in Belgium because of that) and also dates and timing. Could you check it please? I'd be glad to avoid a few hundreds of fees for sending it here xD

I put a ton of time into eyes. I think they're a lot of fun. This character was particularly challenging tho. Not so much for the coloring, but trying to line up the two completely different pupils was difficult. I dont think I'll ever get something quite like this again, but it was an interesting project to work at.

As for the email to Michael - he got it. :)

I really enjoy working on eyes. This one was challenging tho because the two different sized pupils were hard to line up. It was interesting to work on!

Wow, very pretty. I love the coloration of the fur, and the head is great. you certainly put a lot of personality into the expressions.

PS. I sent an email last thurs. I was wondering if you got it or not. I am dearly hoping to discuss a commission

Thank you! I had fun with the expression on this one. I know the owner personally, so I tried to include some of his personality in the suit. I often do that if I know the person.

As for your email - we'll be responding to it this week. I've been tied up focusing on an unusual fursuit head, but I'm almost done with the project. :)

Thank you! :) I think the fur worked out well. There is the eternal quest for the "realistic tiger" fur. This was one solution. Your fur was the other. Maybe some day Monterey Mills will come out with a tiger-orange fur that isn't fluorescent. The bright orange works for more cartoony characters but it's not so good for realistic ones.
