Would someone care to tell me how long I've been unconscious? And anything vital I've missed?

Although I admit to not knowing your physiology, whatever it may be, I feel the need to ask if being unconscious for an unusually long period of time is not reason to find medical attention for information regarding what you may or may not have missed.
