[Medusa appears on her comm looking visibly disturbed. She's out of her lab coat and her hair is slightly disheveled.]

Would anyone be willing to tell me what this is?

[And with that, she sets the comm down and vanishes. After a moment, her right ankle appears in front of the lens, upside down. The mark that everyone in Vatheon has is there.]

I'm guessing it's a mark left by magic of some kind. Of course, all I can do is speculate.

Hm... if it were, I would be able to do something. That might rule magic out entirely.
