Empathy / emotion absorption
Ziggy has a very strong empathic ability allowing him to not only sense, but feel the emotional state and responses of those around him. He is not very good at controlling it and so will frequently be picking up on the feelings of those nearby without intending to. Sometimes he simply begins to reflect their mood

i'm cool with this for Hank McCoy/bluepurrymuffin (wears his heart on his sleeve) and Kanaya Maryam/tastesrainbows (terrible at hiding her feelings to her chagrin, glows brighter under any distress to her annoyance)

For Vic Sage/this account I'd leave the note that he is very good at putting on a face, practiced at keeping his emotions in check so they don't get the better of him, so in most cases he wouldn't read as much more than relaxed and amused.

Broadcasting's fine for all three to varying degrees, whenever it may come up.

Thanks. And don't worry...I never would have presumed to be able to read the Question, anyway. I figured the read would just come up blank or 'anglets' which are sinister and not an emotion.

Zatanna is a more than accomplished magician, empath, and bluh bluh bluh, so if she catches on to it, she'd probably try to stop it asap! I'm more than willing to ignore that and assume it gets through some times. Regarding Andy, he has absolutely no defenses, so there's... that...
