This is just a tiny little tutorial. Something translatable. (Finally.)

Harry Judd coloring tutorial.
Made in Photoshop CS. Probably translatable- I'm not sure. In about six steps.
No selective coloring. Involves color fill layers and color balance.

to

1. So I start with a base, which for me, it's Harry Judd. I duplicated it, set it to screen, merge.

2. A new color balance layer. Notice: Make sure "Preserve Luminosity" is not checked.
Midtones: 0/0/40

3. A new color fill layer, #000220. Set it to exclusion 100%.

4. Another color fill layers, #D0F1FE. Set it to soft light 100%. Merge.

5. Duplicate your NEW base. Set it to linear burn.

6. New brightness/contrast layer. Set the brightness to -20.

And you're done. I'd love to see your outcomes.
