Alright, filling in the map! Most games I've played don't cloud the map, they just leave locations unmarked, but I've always thought filling in the map is one of a game's joys. It looks like this game has some pretty cool sidequests and optional material, too; it's not just one extra dungeon, it's several interlinked quests. That's really neat.
Also, I must've missed that pillar-hefting mechanic earlier; that seems pretty unusual for an RPG, in contrast to pillar-pushing.
Ahhh, I love having a complete map personally. It's so pretty! And yeah, a few of the sidequests are random things, but several of them have at least some tie-in to the plot or each other. Always fun.
Picking up the pillar surprised me the first time too. It does make for a few interesting puzzles, though, especially combined with pushing them.
Why using Lorenza against a boss that mute all the party ?
Also, I saw the number o remaining parts to this Let's Play, which probably means that you didn't do all of the optional dungeons. So you went after each key (well at least 3) and you won't even use them ? ;_;
