An effin' anxiety attack. Nothing like feeling like a moron in front of your doctor.  She is awesome, and instead immediately gave me a prescription for Wellbutin & Attivan.

I had to scroll back to find out what was going on...

You totally did the right thing, in going to the doctor. Try your best to not beat yourself up about it (I say "try" because it's way easier to tell someone else that, than to actually do it yourself - I understand that all too well) But panic attacks really do suck and they feel really horrible and horribly real, but much better to know that it is not something physically wrong.

In a completely different subject, I am really looking forward to seeing you tomorrow evening.

I'm glad you went to the doctor, that it wasn't a much more serious medical condition, and that your doctor is so awesome.

don't feel like a moron, an anxiety attack can affects you physically and you did the absolute right thing. I hope that the meds start helping you feel back on track, and I love you!

The wellbutrin will help too, a lot. Good for you.

I'm so glad, sweetie, that it wasn't anything more serious. Feeling like a moron is a small price to pay for sound medical attention. Heck, I feel like a moron all the time with nothing to show for it. :P

At least you have an great doctor and meds that will help you feel better.
