Since I read through the draft last night and don't have time now, I'll say brief things and read it more thoroughly later.

He gave a slight push to Yuuri's bikeseat and then slowly, slowly let go.
That. Is. The. Best. Line. Yeah, I know it's the sum of your analogy, but the feeling it gives is really bittersweet.

Concerning "onii-chan" - I think the reason Yuuri refuses to use it is because it's the cutesy way of saying it. If Shori had wanted Yuuri to call him "aniki", a much more masculine way of saying the same thing, he'd probably give it more thought.

Yes, but the reason you found the story at all is cuz I figured out where it was! Not that I'm asking for cookies or anything, just happy to help.

And *snerk* on the icon. I'm kind of ditto with T-zou, even though I can't bring myself to totally hate the guy. WHY?! He even tried to break my OTP, so WHY?!

I know you liked that. I was really happy that it kinda just hit me like it did. I was sitting there with pages written going, "Where am I going with this...?" and felt quite stupid until the analogy came. I'd just spewed out how much of the story and I didn't have an underlying theme? Yeah, some days...

Cuz you can say "aniki" and still sound grumbly and disgruntled, like Yuuri does toward Shori all the time. ^_____^

Hell yeah, I'm totally with T-zou! And the reason you can't hate him? Uh, one word: Ishida. That's my guess anyway. Mizuki, on the other hand, is a lost cause no matter WHO voices him. Nao-chan could voice him and I'd still hate Mizuki. But then who would be Bunta...?

So I got to the spoiler bits on this and was all, 'wait...what?' kinda thing. ^^;;

I really did like this, even thought I really haven't seen far enough to really get a feel for Shori, but this does seem totally like him. Murata was his typical indirect self. -_-

As far as Shori goes... while I wrote this I had the thought, "Man, I'm totally overexaggerating his otoutou complex..." but in fact, once you finally watch more you'll see that I WAS NOT!! If anything, it's worse in the show than here. So look forward to that!

My bet is that Murata will, hands down, be the hardest damn chapter to write. But at least I've started it!

Thank you~! Shori's kind of near & dear to my heart, so I wanted his chapter to be good. ^^

If you go back and reread the whole thing, let me know if anything seems out of place. When I went back I tried to make changes that wouldn't interrupt the flow of the story, so if it sounds weird let me know and I'll work on it. ^____^

I usually don't like Shouri much, but hearing his voice in this series wasn't as bad as I thought. His big-brother complex is just somewhat irritating as it is endearing. But I love the bike analogy. ^__^

Yeah, it took a while to get over how snippy Shori is about Yuuri... but ultimately, he's voiced by Konishi Katsuyuki, so there's no way I wouldn't love him. ^^

Thank you, I was rather proud of myself with the bike analogy. One of those random flashes of insight that I sometimes get while writing. XD

,.....awww lol funny w/ the whole gunter and underwear thing but i kinda like Shori/Yuuri...::dodges things thrown at her::: i dunno maybe shori reminds me of Conrard which is my OTP for KKM but S/Y is also kinda up there

I love Shori! He cracks me up, but I also empathize with him as he really wants what's best for Yuuri and he wants to be the one to do everything... I understand that feeling, and it's hard when you realize that you can't be that one person for your special person. I guess I never really thought of the two in any kind of slashy way, but if I tilt my head at it... it has cracky potential. (Yuuri would scream and protest the whole way, methinks!XD)
