That makes sense regarding the bra - I have never had boobs of a size to have to worry about such things.
I certainly don't - I have what is almost a blackout curtain on my bedroom window, because I sleep in the mornings (I work evenings) and for privacy reasons. TV has led me to believe that New Yorkers live a voyeuristic lifestyle where no one closes their curtains, but I do not know if that is the case.
Oh no, I can't sleep in socks! The only exception is if I have a cold - my mother is convinced that putting Vicks' VapoRub on the soles of the feet, then covering with socks while you sleep is a cure-all for cold symptoms. I don't know how that would work, but it does seem to help (the healing power of nostalgia, perhaps? this treatment does bring memories of the illnesses of my youth).
No, it would not! I sleep in pajama bottoms and a t-shirt, and I know that is not a combo that would boost the sales of my title. I personally look at these ladies, and think, "Aren't they cold?" But that's my problem - I'm always cold.
my vote's on wishful thinking run rampant. most girls I know do the pajama bottoms+t-shirt routine, including me. if I fall asleep in t-shirt+underwear, it's more of an 'I'm too tired to crawl over to the dresser and find pants' thing than a regular occurrence.

Also! Do Americans always sleep with their curtains wide open and a streetlight outside or is that just handy for TV?
