I have to say that not being an avid follower of hip-hop, I had not heard of Jay Smooth before you posted this. I went back and ran a couple of his other videos and he definitely has a skill with being topical and yet easily relatable to apply what he says to any number of general situations.

Also, the vlog about Jay-Z Beanie and Fifty had me laughing my ass off at first, then it just made me hungry because he said "beef" like a hundred times and I skipped lunch.

Thanks for the introduction. I can see myself going back for more of this.
