Friday 18th of September sees the start of Series 7 of BBC One’s Strictly Come Dancing (known across the globe as Dancing with the Stars). The dancer Rhys mentions is Brian Fortuna from New Jersey who appeared ABC’s Dancing with the Stars in 2007 and Strictly Come Dancing in 2008 and 2009.

“You hear me Jack?” Gwen shouted slightly over the loud music in the bar. “No alien attacks on Saturday nights between now and Christmas.”
Jack looked between his second and her husband and smirked.
Gwen smacked his arm. “Not that… well,” she glanced at Rhys and blushed slightly. “Not just that.”
“So what then?” Jack asked.
“Strictly!” Gwen and Rhys replied in chorus as Ianto nodded into his pint.
“The costumes, the sequins, the hot male dancers.” Gwen’s face took on a dreamy expression.
“She’s got a thing for Brian,” Rhys explained. “I think it’s the accent.”
