WANTED: Thoughts, Prayers and Good Wishes

You all know that other than She Who Shall Not Be Mentioned, I get on very well with all my colleagues. In nearly 4 months of working together we've become good friends. Well today, through the power of the interwebnets, I'm asking you to keep one of them in your thoughts.

Karen's fine. What they saw on the X-Ray was the shadow of a healed crack from where she cracked her spine several years ago in another fall. She has several torn ligaments and is quite sore but she's back at work, though she is taking it easy.
