Ha! I love the dinner conversation illo. A hovering bee-topus smoking a clove cig and drinking Jovian cola (no HFCS!), in deep conversation with his reptilian bookie.

Suddenly, so many things make sense. Though there are surely worse concepts than dinosaurs with guns that have made it into actual comic books, so that one isn't a total loss. :)

Also, is it wrong that I read "Maas Neotek"
as "Ma's Neotek" at first? You know, the premiere hill-county cybertech purveyor?

I think it's incredibly sad that when I hear of a friend going through a potentially life-threatening disease that involved sweating and vomiting that my first thought is "so how much weight did you lose?" Because if it's over 10 pounds, I should have had you over for a visit.

I really, really adore these. Most of my juvie art and stories involved myself and friends magically having adventures alongside the likes of David Cassidy and Bobby Sherman.

I still have those. Hmm. If I ever get a book published, I may have to destroy them. ;)
