Just realised a lot of my friends and I have differing work styles from the exchange below:

haha, you are boss like me. but i FROWN on my staff if i catch them MSNing while at work.

Jermyn Toh:heh ... i encourage my staff to facebook / msn / youtube at work

I love the fact that I have internet access at office :)

I think my productivity would actually go down if I'm expected to do nothing but WORK! As long as work gets completed on time, alls good.
