and sunday I decided that with (relatively) new shoes plus insoles I was invincible so what the heck, I'll add on 4 more miles. My knee hurts, my muscles are way sore and what bothers me more is that my back hurts quite a bit :(
Lower center, like it's probably impact related (repeatedly smashing my vertebra together?) That bothers me because I guess it means in the long term I'm not meant to be a runner.
Except for one stupid event in my life when I lifted way too much in the most stupid way possible I've kept my back healthy and not had any bad problems with disks or sciatica etc, and I want to keep it that way.
