[He'd reached his peak of boredom while running around the outskirts of the ruins and as far as possible through the Mist. It was rare that Sohki made his presence known in the city itself, but the one over the network had drew his attention.]

[Sohki found the one in question walking through the streets with the morning sun. The air pressure seemed to drop as storm clouds gathered, and with a clap of lightly behind Izaya, Sohki's kirin form touched down to the ground moments before the storm clouds were gone and all that remained was Sohki's human appearance.]

Taking a stroll~?

[Izaya was, understandably, startled by the crack of thunder behind him. Years of running from flying appliances, though, made him look less startled than he was - and that was a good thing, as he turned around and saw the man he had been talking to over the network.]

You could say that~!

[Well, this was interesting. Someone who appeared at the same time as a crack of thunder. Dramatics, or something more?]

[The friendly expression never once left his face as he approached the other. If one took notice, the might note that Sohki's eye never once open.]

[Stopping just a few paces short of the other, he chuckles lightly.]

Oh? And just what might you call it then?

[He observes the faultless walk of the man, and his apparent lack of need for actual eyesight and smiles.]

Unfortunately, today's walk is more for business than leisure.
