[Sebastian excuses himself from duties at the Patrol Headquarters early and walks swiftly toward the newcomer apartments.

Yes, he walks. He could show up more quickly, but he doesn't see the need. The boy will still, in all likelihood, be confused and angry whether Sebastian appears in one minute or twenty. And hopping around on rooftops in broad daylight would be rather suspicious.

He does arrive, however, quite swiftly for a human pace. He finds the correct door and knocks.]

[There's the knock, and the all-too familiar voice. The young Earl turns, and as Sebastian has estimated, is still confused, irritated, and now as an added bonus, impatient.]

Come in. I've unlocked the door.

[Sebastian pauses with his hand on the knob, smirking. Ah, to hear his master's voice again. Ciel doesn't sound pleased at all, which is all too amusing for his butler. Sebastian opens the door and slips inside into the familiar unit. He's visited several at this point, and has come to the conclusion that they are all the same, in both layout and decor.

He looks over the boy. Much more like the one he last remembers seeing in his own world. At least Ciel isn't covered in blood this time. Sebastian does not need any more inconveniences for the time being. He bows curtly as a greeting.]

My lord. I see you are well.

[But not well enough to remember his previous stint in Anatole. Sebastian does wonder if he merely lost his memory, or if this could be considered an entirely different version of his master. Anything is possible with the Door, so he hears.]

... Well enough, for having woken up in a place I don't recognize. I don't believe for a second that I've been here before, or I would remember it.

[Only with him. Only with Sebastian, he shows doubt, and arches a brow at the butler.]
