[Bananas were a delectable treat that needed to be shared. When Namine had said she hadn't had them, he couldn't let it go. He'd share his goods, if only because it was important. Food was good.

He lifts his fist to her door and knocks carefully, bananas tucked away so they would not be dropped.]

The girl put down the stubby crayons she was doodling with, standing slowly and approaching the door. She was expecting him, but that didn't change the fact that it could have been anyone at the door...
