Jason walks unhurriedly to the ruins - he knows he'll find Heine there. The question is how much of Heine he'll find there. Those messages had been weird, in the bad way of weird. But then when is everything but weird here, the lastest craze being people blinking out and in with years to them [and I am still there].

Sakura is going to kill him, after he and Heine got their 'encounter'. It had been coming, anyway, between Qua-, yeah, that guy, and then Dick who didn't even knew him, and not being able to do fuck anything and that feeling of being trapped-

Huh. Good thing Heine's hard to kill and Jason's getting there.

Spotting the albino's easy. Jason calls ahead, paranoia talking.

"Hello there, Heine. How's coming to this hole 'gain?"

He breathes, shallow and even, fingers pressed flat against the stone. It's cold outside, cold enough to see his breath in the air. Watching the water vapor disappear curiously (like a child), he wonders half-heartedly if blood would be warm enough to make steam rise, here in the white-gray tumbled relics of empires past.

Probably, it would, the dog muses as Heine stands, turns to look at the man approaching. I'm not sure, though - wanna try?

"It's still the same."

C'mon, it'll be like an experiment, and panting and padding feet, he closes his eyes for half a moment.

"Always the same." A flash of the insanity that had shown itself over the Forge, and he grins.

That grin? Not good news. With the way his voice sounded? Not good news at all.

Jason grins in answer, still a relatively safe way away, his hands in his pockets. "Keep your hands off your guns and let's have fun."

Oh, I like him. Ready for a game, is he?

"Are you sure?" But he doesn't wait for an answer - he doesn't need one.

And he's gone, moving even faster than before (before Mother found him again) and hands clenched, knee moving up towards Jason's gut.
