Mmm, the summers back where I'm from used to be really short, so we dried flowers for the rest of the year, and kept plants inside. But it was never quite the same. [He laughs quietly.] I tried to keep the gardens alive by magic, but I never could. I was never any good with that kind of magic.

Well, dried flowers never quite lose their scent, but their colours fade and they break if you touch them. I always found them quite sad, really. The way memories are never quite the same as the real thing.
