Well, I told Hotch that I was aiming for his leg. I was more focused on saving our lives and the lives of the hostages then I was anything else.

I... not entirely sure. I've never regretted it, since I fired my weapon in the line of duty to protect Hotch, myself and the hostages that the UnSub was holding.

I wish that it hadn't come to that, that I had to take a life in the line of duty, but I've never regretted it.
