What do you mean 'washed in'?

[If the Doctor wanted to know if he had any Toclafane, the Valiant or his screwdriver... well, he wasn't going to elaborate. Frankly, the situation was not good for him, it was dire in all honesty. He needed to do some damage control and fast.]
