I'm not sure how they feel about beef, actually. I'm given to understand chicken is acceptable, and wild boar only as long as it's been rampaging through the city.

Ducks are the easiest. Rabbits go to ground but if you snare them they're not too difficult. Taking down a deer alone takes ability, though.
