I'd never seen a child before, let alone a whole city full of them. That was strange. Especially since I apparently knew one or two of them, but they didn't know me.

[A pause. There's the sound of rustling pages.]

I found a book on child-rearing. It seems unpleasant. Everyone's back to normal now though, right? Are there any children left?
