It does seem to do that with disturbing frequency. This same situation has happened twice already in the time I've been here.

True. I'm not sure if the city could survive half the scorched turning into children once a month.

Oh, good. He was very helpful during this whole ordeal. I believe he looked after me a fair bit, too.

I'm going to hope it's gotten its fill and won't be doing anything of that sort again for a very long time, though this was the first I've seen of that particular trick.

No, I don't believe it does. There haven't been any duplications that I've seen firsthand, but this is the first one I've heard of.
