It is located in Dismas. In the red light district, above The Pleasure Palace. One bedroom and bathroom, a small kitchen. It is clean but I suppose it could be considered sparsely furnished. Rent is paid until the end of the month, and the "landlord" is quite friendly. He seemed very enthused to have me and often significantly discounts the money he requires from me.
