It ...belongs to a man by the name of Vassilis Evander, arrived here about three weeks ago. Was living over in a building by the docks. Looks like he worked out there doing odd jobs. Forge shows almost no history of communication - a real loner-type.
Tall, thin, mid to late-thirties if I had to guess. Sandy hair.
