Normally weather doesn't bother me, but for some reason I decided to let it today. Or... well, I decided to feel it. I guess I can't say it's bothering me since I'm the one letting it happen. Anyway, that just means it's getting late in the year again, which is completely obvious but I was just thinking... I don't really like winter. It's not the temperature, exactly, it's more like the snow. Or I guess the no trees and um, the no leaves and no green things. I was born in the Southern lands of my home, and it was usually pretty warm there, even in the winter. There were trees and flowers all over the hills, and you never even had to wear a coat!
And it was always sunny.
Unless it was raining.

I'm not sure why I started talking about that. I was just thinking about the way this place has changed. When I got here a year ago, it was autumn, and there were people coming together and building things - I wonder how many people remember that cafeteria. I wonder if that television is still in it. And... the Patrol started then, too. It seemed like everyone wanted to work together all the time, and try to make things easier and better for everyone else. It was a strange time, because I didn't really know anyone and didn't know what anyone was doing, either, but it was still pretty much... um. Good outlook time. Even with all the weird things the mist can do.

...it seems like this world is getting more and more dangerous. And it's not just the mist, it's people too. Or... people-shaped things. Like Riful and... Yazoo and people I can't mention because it would be rude since... anyway the point is, it makes me worry. About the Anatolians, and about us.
And it makes me sad, too.
