...Actually, I don't know if you're dead or not, but this sure as hell isn't the afterlife. Place's name is Anatole, you'll be kicked out of your apartment in a month, natives here don't like us, stay away from the mist at the edge of the city.

[Tone is short and clipped. The basic rundown is given as if reading a list of items from a grocery list. He certainly doesn't sound friendly or approachable at all right now.]
