I asked, and they said it was because the ways that the marks look. It doesn't look like much to me... but I still get a bad feeling about it.

Well... sort of. I do get itchy around them, but I figure it's watching their skin turn black. That would make anyone's skin crawl.

Yeah, my skin doesn't change colour where I scratch it. I don't think that's how the disease works anyway. I'd probably have to have direct contact, or so I'm assuming.
