[Aaron blinks, bewildered, and stares at the blank screen.]

B-blood? Where?

Blood-- ah-- just a second.

[A moment of quiet, and then the video switches on. Nina looks very concerned!]

You must have hit your head pretty badly, it's all in your hair. Or were you in a fight? What's the last thing that you remember?

I-- [His gaze drops and he stares at the floor, hand coming up to touch his hair. Slowly he brings it down to eye level and sees the blood. The image shocks him into speaking.]

I don't- I don't know what happened, Miss. [And he's looking at her again, his eyes almost pleading for an answer.] I was trying to figure- to figure out where I am when I lost the tim-- blacked out.

... [Well, she hasn't seen anyone like this before... He seems so scared.] ... Are you all right...?

[Aaron tilts his head, still wincing but smiling at her nonetheless. Trying to be reassuring.] I just got a headache.

[He says this hesitantly, because it doesn't look like there's a wound. But how else could it have gotten on this harmless kid?]

[Aaron blushes and puts his hand over his hair self-consciously. He didn't even know it was there until the other lady told him..]

I d-don't know how it got there, s-sir. All I know is that I- that I bl-blacked out and then it was like this.
