i love sappy yuichi..i love sappy, conservative yuichi who seems to like safe things (but there's the thrill there, oji, sizzling thrill at that)..but safe is definitely not synonymous to kame so just wait..(cough..nudging sara -who seems to be into bolder things these days- for the next part..hopefully it contains more of collar strapped kame in it..end of cough)

omg this is SO.CUTE. I love that you see Kame and Nakamaru behind my characterizations and I completely understand fhddhjsk the trickery of RPF fics is exactly this. I used to be so squicked out by RPF smut scenes too even when, like you, I had read explicit scenes before with made-up characters. (oddly enough, the pairing that helped me get comfortable with it was Akame lol) I think I've only read one NaKame smut scene before and I felt both :S and !!! because the fic was so great and I loved everything, and I think of it as a compliment; the characterization was real enough for me to see the people in place of the characters. (I still tend to avoid reading smut scenes involving Nakamaru though; like, Kame, Ueda and even Junno I can handle, but... Nakamaru... >///< Now I understand what Kame meant when he said he couldn't see Nakamaru
