As I had some unhealthy diet practices in my youth I was aware of the water issue as I would force fluids to stop my hunger. It's a weird thing though and while I don't believe it's a hugely serious issue it's just as odd that no one ever discusses it.

I've known about this for quite some time. Then again I guess I read weird stuff. I think there are at least 3 or 4 deaths every year from water overdose. I'm not sure if that is worldwide or not. Poor mother.
