First, the moments of major awesome: I have my first business meetings scheduled for next week. Yep, I'll be meeting with clients as the President of The Exchange to discuss contracts. As papertigers will no doubt report, I wear a suit, to predictable hilarious devastating effect. I am also made of win and awesome with a generous glaze of wootsauce. Woof!

The ice is *almost* amusing at times... but just painful enough to keep it from actually *really* being funny.

My son's going to be feeding animals up at the HoCo Conservancy and we went up to have him get directions and do his first feeding today. On our way to the chicken coop, the person who was showing him/us around commented that she'd been told that someone had slipped on the way to the coop yesterday. When we got there, it was easy to see why... more of a challenge was "how in the world did she get back *up*"? I was smart and stayed on the drive, while the other two went down the hill... watching the boy slip and slide on the way to feed the bunny was much more amusing... with less chance of a *serious* fall.

Hope she really *is* feeling better for real by Monday! (and that she takes full advantage of not having to carry around the books for a while :-)
