Out today

Working today from the Panera Bread office, after having a nice lunch at home with efbq and suecochran. The actual office has been rather atrocious of late, with a PHB taking exception to me not looking like I'm working hard enough. They have ammended since nezmaster June 21 2007, 11:28:05 UTC
and offered up a psudo policy.
first, it's a lie. They claim in one breath they will no longer be allowing sites that 'advocate illegal activity' while admitting advocacy is not illegal. In the same breath, they claim that their policy is the same it's always been. Tell that too the dozens of people who have complained in the past who's got the response "it's not illegal, we won't do anything about it."
Meanwhile, they have yet to define advocacy, and in teh wake of "fiction can be a veneer for advocacy comment in his first post..it still sounds like they are loose cannons.
I've got three days before my account expires. After that I'm staying until July 4th. Then deleting on independence day. (or at least, when I get back from origins.
