Today the stress broke through. I've been doing really well, eating right, crunches and push-ups at night, trying to get to bed at a decent hour. I've been doing this for weeks now (well, not the exercise, but I've been on a roll for a week with that). I even think I have come to a plateau at a lower weight. But this week, stress introduced

With regards to my meals and excercise, I'm trying to get to a point where I crave the good stuff and not the not so good foods. I actually crave my overnight oats these days, although, I can go for a big 3-egg omlettee every now and then as well. I'm not too strict, but as I'm having fun with the new foods I'm making I haven't get gotten on board with the excercise thing. If I could crave excercise days like this wouldn't matter as much.
