[Ganondorf is so happy to be back in his normal body. As a matter of fact, he spent ten minutes more than usual preening in a mirror. It was nice waking up in his own skin. Very very nice.

Anyway, he's also on his way to the designated meeting place, less apprehensive than Zelda was feeling. As a matter of fact, he is feeling quite smug.]

[Once she arrives at the designated spot, she waits calmly - she's a master at disguising her emotion, so the apprehension and frustration she is feeling is hidden away beneath a placed mask of neutrality. The only one ever able to penetrate that has not shown his face for some time.]

[He arrives a few moments after she does and greets her with a nod.]

Good evening, Princess. Am I allowed to call you Zelda this evening? Or is that privilege still revoked?

[She inclines her head slightly in acknowledgment - she bows to no one.]

You may continue to refer to me by my title. It is far more appropriate to do so.

[Look he'll even be a gentleman and open the door for her.]

I appreciate it. [She slides through the open door, only letting her face slip when she knows he's behind her and can't see.

It's just one dinner. One dinner for the life of a man she doesn't even really know. This is forever the duty of the Princess of Hyrule; protect the people, the kingdom, the innocent. She doesn't mind at all and is quite happy to do it, but sometimes...she gets tired.]

[He slips in behind her and begins moving toward a table. Playing the gentleman again, he pulls out her chair for her.]

I confess that I have, on occasion, been much worse.

[She's a little surprised at his actions, but she doesn't show it. She can make it through this with little to no difficulty.]

[He sits down across from her and smiles.]

[She doesn't return the smile - he should expect this from her at this point.]

That is very thoughtful of you. Though I must ask - why this sort of exchange...? [It confuses her. She dislikes the feeling.]

Because everyone else on this ship is insufferable. And terribly dull.

[Which is true. Also, because well, he's Ganondorf. She's Zelda. They're triforce bearers. He's almost drawn to her. Can't help it really. Call it destiny or something.]

And I am the only one who is not. [She sounds disbelieving and wry - she hardly thinks that is his true reasoning. There must be something underlying, something motivating him.

Still - she can hardly look down on the arrangement. A life was spared, and all she has to do is sit through this.]

[She studies him, then decides to just be straight. Honesty is usually the best policy.]

What is it that you want, Ganondorf? You cannot possibly be doing this simply for your own pleasure. So, let us please drop the facade, and be forthcoming with one another.
